   We source and evaluate acquisition opportunities through a combination of proprietary deal origination, intermediary relationships and direct approaches. Every opportunity undergoes rigorous diligence on business fundamentals/opportunity, management quality, market dynamics and cultural fit.

   Initial Investment

   We structure transactions fairly and flexibly. We recognise that every business and situation is different, and we tailor our approach accordingly — including earnout structures, retained equity for founders and phased transitions where appropriate.

   Build

   After investment, we work alongside management to build exceptional businesses. Our approach is collaborative, not prescriptive: we bring resources and expertise, but the management team drives the business. We actively seek opportunities to invest additional capital in our partner businesses to drive enhanced growth.

   Hold

   We are permanent owners. We do not prepare our businesses for sale. We compound value over decades through sustained operational excellence, market leadership and reinvestment. Our partner companies benefit from the stability, support and opportunity that comes with genuine long-term ownership. We can be creative in designing appropriate incentivisation structures to deliver liquidity to management through the life of our investment partnerships, whilst enabling us all to retain the upside of value growth compounding over time.
