Founded by Sir Terry Leahy — one of the most accomplished business leaders of his generation — Maia deploys capital with no external investor constraints, no fixed investment horizon and no pressure to exit.

Our model is simple: we partner with outstanding operators building ambitious businesses, providing initial and ongoing capital and institutional support to drive growth and realise their full potential over the long-term. We deploy our experience in service of our partners, without getting in management's way.

We are not a traditional private equity fund. We have no external investors to return capital to. We have no fund lifecycle. Our only goal is to build exceptional businesses that endure.
